William Thomas Tucker

William Thomas Tucker was born February 19, 1924, to John and Anna (Huff) Tucker. He passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at the age of 93.

He was a Southern Baptist and served as an ordained Deacon for more than fifty years. His last church home was the Marshfield First Baptist Church, and he was formerly an accountant for Braun Excavating Company until his retirement.

Preceding him in death were his parents; two sons, Perry Clayton and Arthur Alexander Tucker; two brothers; and two sisters.

William is survived by his wife, Billie (Willingham) Tucker of the home; his daughter, Becky Burns and husband, Frank, Washington, MO; son, Ted Tucker, Marshfield, MO; five grandchildren, Christina Hanks and husband, Gail, Springfield, MO, William Tucker, Columbia, MO, Megan Brazeal and husband, Bobby, Bethel Heights, AR, Emily Provenzano, TN, and Joel Lansdown, Dallas, TX; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at noon on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at Seymour Masonic Cemetery, Seymour, MO, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home.
