Graveside services for Phillip Douglas will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2019 at Seymour Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Thursday, February 20 in the funeral home.
