Dale Galloway
David “Dale” Galloway of Rogersville was born December 31, 1933, to Forest Leon and Freeda Mae (Triplett) Galloway in Rogersville, Missouri. He passed away on July 13, 2025, in his home surrounded by family at the age of 91 years.
Dale was a lifelong farmer and lived on the family Century Farm in Rogersville. He was also a lifelong member of Antioch Church of Christ. He worked as Road Boss for Rogersville Special Road District. He was a member of the Logan Rogersville School District Board for eighteen years. He was on the Southwest Co-Op Board for six years. Dale was a member of the Webster County 911 Board as well as the MFA Oil Board. Dale was Chairman of the Republican Committee of Webster County. He dedicated 25 years of his life fighting against the County Line Dam.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Carl Galloway; his sister-in-law, Margie.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Lou (Burks) Galloway, they were united in marriage May 15, 1953 in the United Methodist Church in Rogersville; their children, David Leon Galloway (Betty June), Donald William Galloway, Douglas James Galloway (Sarah Elizabeth), Deana Gayil Vinyard (Russ); his grandchildren, Uriah, Kylee, Cheyenne, Dakota, Sheridan, Hunter, Carson, Claire, Benjamin, Ethan, Jacob; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Samuel, Patrick, Elijah, Corbin, Jackson, Collins, Emmett, Traden, Colter, Myla, Willow, Kampbell, Coleman, and Kastin.
Funeral services will be Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield. Visitation will be before services Thursday from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., in the Funeral Home.
A private family burial will be in Panther Valley Cemetery, Fordland, Missouri, at a later date, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.
