His wife and children all lovingly cared for him day and night till his going home. Grandpa was much concerned about the spiritual welfare of his dear family, and that they keep the faith of our Fathers. When giving testimony in church he nearly always said we must be “Doers of the word and not hearers only.”

Although we weep, we grieve not as those who have no hope, looking forward to a glad reunion in heaven.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks for the prayers, sympathy, and help during this time of sorrow.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Pleasant View Amish Mennonite Church, Buffalo MO. Burial will follow in Pleasant View Amish Mennonite Cemetery.
