Richard Franklin Long

Richard Franklin Long, born on November 5, 1979, to Robert and Carole Long (Brammer), passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 45 years.

He was a graduate of Missouri State University and Drury with master’s degrees in psychology and sociology. He loved going to antique stores and finding unique items.

He was preceded in death by his nephew, Ethan, and his parents, Robert and Carole.

He is survived by his sisters, Jennifer and Becky; nephews, Isaac, Conor, and Logan; nieces, Chloe, Cora, Maddy, and Maya.

A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Gunny’s Mill, located at 1414 W Farm Road 102, Springfield, MO.
