ELIZABETH SCOTT

Elizabeth Janel Scott, 26, of Norman, Oklahoma, formerly of Marshfield, Missouri, passed away December 11, 2025, at her home.  She was born on October 25, 1999, in Jacksonville, Arkansas.

Elizabeth attended Marshfield Schools and was working at a dry cleaner in Norman.  She enjoyed art and especially loved drawing.  She was an animal lover and always had a soft spot for pets.  The joy of her life was her nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her father, Roy W. Scott, Jr. and wife Cindy of Marshfield, Missouri; her mother, Shannon Scott of Strafford, Missouri; siblings, Joseph Scott of Strafford, Missouri, Vikki Legan and husband Travis, Rebecca Johnson and husband Shane, Anthony Skidmore and wife Kayla all of Marshfield, Missouri and Derek Whitmer and husband Todd of Atlanta, Georgia; nieces and nephews, Ela, Jayden, Emalynn Rose, Khael, Kanyon, Dean, Conner, Harper and Chloe Rose; her paternal grandmother, Rachel Young of Marshfield, Missouri and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Roy W. Scott, Sr. and her maternal grandfather, Clayton Morhead.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will follow in Copening Cemetery, Niangua.  Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
