Janice Elaine Ferguson

Janice Elaine Ferguson of Marshfield, Missouri, was born on July 26, 1945 to Freddie Elston Keeler and Beulah Geneva Blazor. She departed this life on August 20, 2026 in her home at the age of 81.

Janice loved gardening. She had worked as the pricing manager at Cunningham’s/Summerfresh Supermarket, and had also worked at Wal-Mart, Young’s, MFA, and Pic-n-Pay. She was a member of Ebenezer Church.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Bill Ferguson.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Keeler and Kim Plumb of Niangua; two granddaughters, Saidee Hyder of Utah, and Sophie Hyder and Ryan Effling of South Dakota; her great-grandchild, Tate Effling and one great-grandchild on the way; and many relatives and friends.

Per Janice’s wishes, a private family graveside service was held in Marshfield Cemetery, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield.
