Martha Lynne Jones

Martha Lynne Jones, of Grovespring, MO, was born on April 15, 1950, in St. Joseph, MO, to Lynn and Wanda (Bashor) Mason. She departed this life on September 21, 2026, in Mercy Hospital, Springfield, at the age of 76.

She was united in marriage to Everett Dale Jones on June 16, 1967, at Eureka Church in Rader, MO.

Martha loved baking, crocheting and sewing. She made several dresses for her grandkids. She worked at H. D. Lee for many years before going to work at Detroit Tool, from which she retired in 2014.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Roger Mason; and her sister, Janice Wheeler.

Martha is survived by her husband of 59 years, Everett Jones of the home; her daughter, Teresa Williams and husband Jim of Lebanon, MO; her son Brent Jones and wife Mandy of Lebanon; her sister, Raylene Mason of Kansas City, MO; five grandchildren, Breanna Franklin, Megan Manley, Mason Jones, Krystal Cook and Dakota Williams; and five great-grandchildren who she thought the world of, Kenneth Franklin, Everett Franklin, Riley Cook, Kinsley Cook and Cohen Williams.

Funeral services for Martha Jones will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 25, 2026, at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield, with interment following in Mt. Zion Cuba Cemetery in Grovespring, MO. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 24, in the funeral home.
