Janice Lavon Kincade, Elkland, was born July 19, 1940 in Trenton, MO, to Russell and Gertrude (Cameron) Shuler. She departed this life on December 31, 2023 in the Strafford Care Center.

Janice loved her family. She was a very social person, who enjoyed shopping (especially Wal-Mart.) She loved to give, and always had people in her home. She brought many others in to become part of her family. She liked going on a girls day out when she could. Janice had worked for many years as a bartender.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Felzien; her second husband, GA Kincade; her soul mate Jim Jeffries; her parents; and her son, Randy Felzien; her brother Gene Shuler and her sister Judith Shuler.

Janice is survived by her children, Richard Felzien, Jr, Denton, TX, and Robert Felzien (Karla Smoot), Elkland; her brother Russell (Dick) Shuler, Cameron; grandchildren Stefanie Barlow (Seth), Farmington, NM, Angela Langston, Strafford, Chris Smoot (Kelsey), Fair Grove, Molly Hill (Cory), Fair Grove, Brandon King (Denita), St. Joseph, Nate Rocket (Hope), Kansas City; great-grandchildren, Caden , Willow, Saylor, Kinsley, Bexley, Karis, Hunter, Reegan, Kolbe, Bailey, Camden, Haddie, Piper and Porter; one great-great-grandchild, Reese Langston;  Linda Banks, San Antonio, TX, who holds a special place in her heart; special friends, Twila, Daisy Compton, Carol Gibler, and Jazmin.

The family wishes to thank Strafford Care Center for the wonderful care they provided.

Celebration of Life services will be at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., with visitation before services from 6-7 p.m. Interment will be in Robberson Prairie Cemetery at a later date.
