Donna Dee Lay, age 78, of Eucha, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, October 10, 2025, at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, Missouri. 

A graveside service and burial will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Graham Cemetery, Conway, Missouri.
