Dr. David Allen Rybolt, Ozark, was born on December 8, 1946. He departed this life on November 9, 2025 in his home at the age of 78.

Celebration of Life services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025, at Hillside Christian Church, Marshfield, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.
