Michael F. Sears
Michael F. Sears was born on November 15, 1942 in Kokomo, Indiana to Francis C. and Wilma V. Sears. He departed this life on May 2, 2026.
Mike and Diana Sue Wilson were married May 15, 1965. To this union they had Stephen and Jennifer.
Mike always had a paint brush in his hand. When he was 14, he was striping hot rods.This went on to sign painting. He then painted custom cars. Some of them toured the show car circuit taking many awards for paint. Mike also painted landscapes on wood. In 2001 he was invited to the Fall Festival at Silver Dollar City. He painted there for 22 years creating beautiful pictures on various wood products.
Surviving Mike is his wife Sue, his son Stephen and daughter Jennifer, his brother Patrick. He has two grandchildren, Hannah Kelley (Boris) and Isabella Russell. Great grandsons Luca and Oliver Kelley. His niece, Ann Doty (Joey). A very dear uncle, Richard Beaman (Lydia), and many more family and friends.
Preceding him in death are his parents Francis and Wilma Sears, grandparents Frank and Edna Beaman and Frank and Minnie Sears, and his son-in-law, Ben Russell.
The family knows Mike is helping God to paint the beautiful sunsets in the evening sky.
