Charles "Chuck" H. Stoddard

Charles Herbert Stoddard, Jr., of Strafford, MO, was born on February 14, 1947, in Hillsdale, MI, to Charles Herbert Stoddard, Sr. and Margaret (Kaetzle) Stoddard. He departed this life on July 20, 2026, in Cox South Hospital, Springfield, MO, at the age of 79.

Chuck served in the United States Army. He had worked as a special education teacher.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Patrice Libbert; his parents; and his brother, Brian Stoddard.

Chuck is survived by his wife Pat Stoddard, of the home; his son, Jason Stoddard and wife Jenny; siblings, Walter Stoddard, Debra Newman, Charlene Donahue, Patti Hawkins, Linda Rosenberry and Bill Rosenberry; his grandchildren, Haley, Devon, John, Alexis, Jessica, Sky and Devon; great-grandchildren, Amiri, Arya, Avontae, and Hevin.

Per Chuck’s wishes, no services will be held. Cremation is entrusted to the care of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield.

Interment will be in Missouri Veterans Cemetery under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield.
