Lucille Mae Carriger

Lucille “Lucy” Mae Carriger, Springfield, was born April 19, 1951, to Fred and Avis (Kelley) Carriger in Marshfield, Missouri. She departed this life July 24, 2025, in her home surrounded by family at the age of 74 years.

Lucy grew up on the family farm west of Hartville and graduated from Hartville High School. She was a longtime beautician and later worked many years at Wal-Mart.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and one niece, Twayna Graham.

She is survived by two sisters, Bonnie Carriger of Springfield, Wanda Morell of Hartville; one brother, Chester Carriger and Connie of Hartville; one uncle, Jerry Browitt of Hartville; and many nieces and nephews.

Family interment will be at Little Creek Cemetery under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield.
