Ronald "Ronny" Joe Clair

Ronald “Ronny” Joe Clair, Marshfield, was born October 17, 1941, to Joe and Nellie (Chandler) Clair, in Niangua, Missouri. He departed this life July 31, 2025, at Mercy Hospital Springfield, Missouri, at the age of 83 years.

Growing up Ronny attended Prospect Baptist Church and Copening Methodist Church. Ronny graduated from Marshfield High School in 1959. After graduation Ronny married Lynda Mary Davis on September 15, 1961.

Ronny and Lynda moved to Florida where they raised their family. Ronny and his brother Darrell owned and operated Clair Brothers Construction Company and Bee Line Engineering.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother Darrell Clair; one great-grandchild, Reid Nittler; his father and mother-in-law, Lowell and Vivian Davis.

He is survived by his wife, Lynda Clair of the home; three children, Bruce and Joannie Clair of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Ronda and Mike Testa of Pembroke Pines, Florida, Mark and Darlene Clair of Marshfield, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Lee and Casey Clair of Davie, Florida, Rebecca Testa of Pembroke Pines, Florida, Kimberly Testa of Jacksonville, Florida, Ron and Ellen Clair of Springfield, Missouri, Rita Clair of White House, Tennessee, Lindee and Ryan Nittler of Parkersville, Kansas, Ashley Clair of Springfield, Missouri; three great-grandchildren, Delaney Clair, Everly Clair, Waylon Barry; one sister, Linda Murphy of Marshfield, Missouri.

Funeral services will be Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., in the chapel of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield, Missouri.

Visitation will be Saturday before services from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., in the funeral home.

Interment will be in Marshfield Cemetery under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield.
